60-day delinquency on credit cards sets record in U.S.
Fitch Ratings said U.S. credit-card payments that are at least 60 days late reached a record 3.75% in January. "U.S. consumers continue to struggle in the face of mounting pressures on multiple fronts from employment to housing to net worth," Fitch Managing Director Michael Dean said.
